Our Principal

Jennifer K. Moore is honored to serve as the principal of Windsor Park Elementary School. With more than 22 years of educational experience, she is a dedicated instructional leader committed to academic excellence, strong school culture, and the success of every student. 

Prior to joining Windsor Park, Mrs. Moore served as the Assistant Principal at Montclaire Elementary, where she helped lead significant academic growth, improving the school's performance from an F rating to a C rating through a focus on data-driven instruction, teacher development, and student achievement.

Ms. Moore believes in building strong partnerships with students, families, staff, and the community to create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment where all children can thrive and reach their full potential.
