Our Principal

Greetings Windsor Park Families,

I am honored to join the school community where success has been demonstrated through a culture of caring and a strong focus on the total child. I am dedicated to the core values that have been established by building relationships with the school community and consistent communication.

I have served in the district for 34 years which consisted of being a teacher, instructional facilitator, Assistant Principal, Principal, and Principal Coach. I have provided leadership at both the elementary and middle school level. I have a speech communications degree from North Carolina A&T State University, Elementary Education degree from University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and my Masters of Curriculum and Instruction from Gardner Webb. I consider myself a life-long learner and an equity leader. I feel that one of my proudest moments was participation in a collaborative professional development at Harvard.

I believe that children need to learn in an environment that contains an invitation to learning with high quality instruction. My goal is to ensure that scholars become global thinkers and have experiences that will help them develop a deeper connection to the world around them through the core curriculum. I am committed to working in partnership with our families, staff, and community to support our children in reaching their maximum potential.
